We do not store any information digitally. We do hold social media accounts with Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. We are very vigilant with our account security, change passwords frequently and where possible only use secure networks to access those account, so that we may prevent our accounts from being hacked. The social media companies have their own policies in place to prevent such hacks and you may view their policies on the relevant websites.

Any data we hold on paper is securely locked away when it is not in use. All paperwork is securely destroyed when we no longer have a use for it.
